Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud and On-Premise EBS. The ideal candidate will act as a Functional SME, leading full-cycle implementations, payroll configurations, integrations, and global rollouts, primarily within the Middle East region (KSA preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including Payroll, Global HR, and Talent Management
- Act as Functional SME, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, build prototypes, and lead configuration and design workshops
- Drive data migration activities using FBL, HDL, HCM Extracts, and other Oracle tools
- Develop and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems
- Provide technical support using PL/SQL, Fast Formula, reports, and HCM extracts
- Support both Oracle HCM Cloud and On-Prem EBS in an Onsite–Offshore delivery model
- Lead and support application rollout to new entities and additional regions
- Mentor team members and ensure high-quality delivery and business support
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall Oracle HCM experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM full life-cycle implementations
- Minimum 3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including Payroll
- Strong experience in Payroll, Global HR, and Talent Management
- Expertise in Data Migration & Integrations
- Proficiency in Fast Formula, PL/SQL, Reporting, HCM Extracts
- Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud and On-Prem EBS
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Middle East implementation experience, preferably Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Experience with multi-entity and multi-country rollouts
