Role description

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HCM Oracle Fusion Functional Payroll Lead Consultant with 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth hands-on expertise in Core HCM, Payroll and Benefits modules, coupled with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on experience in handling the Implementation and Managed Services for the clients and delivering work effectively in client-facing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

7 to 10 years of hands-on Techno-Functional experience on Oracle Cloud HCM modules primarily on the below modules.

The candidate must have Implementation & Support experience in SaaS HCM Modules in Core HR, Benefits & Payroll.

Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle SaaS HCM.

Ability to work with technical team in explaining the requirements.

Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing & Regression testing.

Ability to handle tickets independently as an Individual contributor and also lead the projects.

At least should have worked on a minimum 4+ end-to-end implementations on above modules.

Should have a good understanding on Workflow Notifications, Approval configurations, Security.

Experience in handling data conversions using HDL or HSDL, Fast Formula and BI Reporting is an added advantage.

Good communication, presentation, and inter-personnel skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
