Job Description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead functional design, configuration, and support for Oracle Fusion Procurement Inventory, PDH, and Costing modules.
  • Partner with business users to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Provide end-to-end implementation support, including setup, testing, training, UAT execution, and post-production activities.
  • Support cutover planning and execution, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.
  • Deliver hypercare support post go-live to stabilize the solution and resolve critical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Inventory, PDH, and Costing processes within Fusion Cloud.
  • Work with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and data migration activities.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare detailed documentation, including:
    • Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
    • Configuration/Setup Guides
    • Test Scripts and Test Evidence
  • Support periodic upgrades, regression testing, and release management.
  • Ensure system compliance with organizational standards, controls, and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement) for seamless business process integration.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior team members.


Required Qualifications


  • 5–7 years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Procurement (Configuration, Approvals, Receiving, Receipt Accounting,)
    • Inventory Management (setup, controls, transactions, replenishment).
    • Product Data Hub (PDH) (item management).
    • Costing (standard costing, actual costing, landed cost management, accounting distributions).
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and Finance processes.
  • Experience in full lifecycle implementations, including UAT, cutover, hypercare support, and documentation deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to document and present solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining functional documents, configuration guides, and test scripts.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
