Roles and Responsibilities

1. Oracle SCM Cloud Implementation & Support

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Supplier Management, and Sourcing.
  • Gather business requirements, design process blueprints, configure Oracle SCM modules, and support testing and go-live activities.

2. Supply Chain Process Expertise

  • Analyze and optimize supply chain processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory and Warehouse Management, and Demand & Supply Planning.
  • Provide scalable ERP solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.

3. Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Ensure seamless integration between SCM modules and other ERP modules like Finance, HR, and Manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide ERP initiatives.

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports using tools like OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ, and Excel.
  • Perform data analysis to support decision-making and improve supply chain performance.

5. Documentation & Training

  • Prepare functional documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Conduct workshops and end-user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of SCM solutions.

6. Post-Implementation Support

  • Provide ongoing support for Oracle SCM Cloud applications, including issue resolution and continuous process improvement.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.

7. Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, IT teams, and leadership.
  • Present solutions, project updates, and performance metrics in a clear and professional manner.

8. Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, ERP governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and audit trails for all SCM processes and configurations.

9. Problem Solving & Innovation

  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
  • Stay updated with Oracle SCM Cloud updates and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
