Description

responsible for the technical development, customization, integration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion applications to support enterprise operations across the organization. The role ensures reliable system performance, secure integrations, and scalable solutions aligned with business requirements, healthcare regulations, and IT governance standards.

Organizational Accountabilities:


  • Supporting the stability, performance, and scalability of Oracle Fusion applications across the organization
  • Ensuring compliance with Saudi data protection regulations (PDPL) and organizational IT security policies
  • Supporting digital transformation initiatives and enterprise system integration
  • Maintaining high standards of system availability, data integrity, and technical documentation
  • Contributing to the organization’s technology governance and operational efficiency
Supporting healthcare operational systems that integrate with enterprise platforms


Functional Accountabilities:

  • Oracle Fusion Technical Development

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion technical components including reports, integrations, and extensions

Develop BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and custom data extracts

Configure and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) interfaces between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems

  • System Integration & Interface Management

Develop and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion and systems such as:

Hospital Information Systems (HIS)

HR systems

  • Technical Support & Issue Resolution

Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications

Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Support IT service management processes and incident resolution

Data Management & Migration


Support data migration activities during system upgrades or new module implementations

Develop scripts and tools to support data validation and reconciliation

Ensure data quality and system consistency across integrated platforms

  • System Enhancements & Upgrades

Support Oracle Fusion system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations

Participate in technical design discussions and system architecture planning

Conduct system testing including unit testing and technical validation

Security & Compliance

Support role-based access control and system security configurations

Ensure compliance with Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and internal security policies

Support audit requirements and IT governance frameworks

  • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, integrations, and technical configurations

Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to internal IT teams

Develop technical documentation for future system maintenance and enhancements


Requirements

Knowledge and Experience:

6–10 years of experience in Oracle applications technical development

Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Finance, HCM, SCM, or ERP modules)

Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and middleware solutions

Experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle reporting tools

Strong experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and web services integration

Experience working in healthcare organizations or regulated industries preferred

Knowledge of enterprise system integration architecture

Familiarity with cloud-based application environments


Education and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (Required)

Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Certification (Preferred)

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Certification (Preferred)

Oracle BI Publisher Certification (Preferred)

Cloud architecture or enterprise integration certifications (Preferred)

ITIL Foundation Certification (Preferred)

Skills:

Advanced Oracle Fusion technical development skills

Strong system integration and API development capabilities

Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database technologies

Experience with cloud-based enterprise systems

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Excellent technical documentation and system design skills

Ability to collaborate across business and IT teams

Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture
