Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Support Consultant

India

This role involves hands-on development, troubleshooting, and optimization of integration solutions, ensuring seamless inbound/outbound data exchange via the Oracle Integration Cloud.

Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and HCM Extracts.
Automate end-to-end integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
Provide technical guidance on integration best practices, patterns, and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
Support middleware server patching and Oracle Cloud maintenance activities.
Ensure integrations remain functional during upgrades and system changes.
Create technical documentation and provide training to internal teams and end-users.

5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including building integrations
Proficiency in SOAP/REST web services, SFTP, XSLT, SQL, and FBDI file uploads.
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits).
Experience with HCM Extracts, OTBI, and Unix scripting.
