💡 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules

• Configure Core HR, ORC, and Talent Management solutions aligned with business needs

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions

• Manage workflows, security roles, approvals, and business process configurations

• Support integrations using HCM Extracts, FBDI, and OIC

• Execute testing, UAT support, and production validation activities

• Prepare functional documents, user guides, and training materials

• Support data migration, reconciliation, go-live, and post-production activities

• Train HR users and provide functional guidance across teams

🎯 Ideal Candidate Should Have:

✔ Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations

✔ Expertise in Core HR, ORC, and Talent Management modules

✔ Experience with integrations and data migration activities

✔ Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
