Infosys is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Talent Management Lead Consultant. The position will primarily be responsible for implementing the Talent Management solution. The selected candidate should be an expert in ensuring deliverables meet functional requirements and design specifications. The selected candidate will interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. They will be documenting and preparing the configuration activities. Candidate will be contributing to solution in different phases of the consulting lifecycle. Candidate will be involved in business process consulting; candidate will define the problem, create and propose the solution. Candidate will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. Candidate will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Candidate will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Key Responsibilities:
1) Solution Design & Configuration
Gather requirements and design end-to-end Talent Management processes
Talent profiles and competencies (models, content libraries)
Succession and talent review (9-box, bench strength, pools, slates)
Career Development (development plans, growth assignments, mentoring)
Compensation/Talent integration
Configure module setups, flex fields, eligibility profiles, notifications, surveys, and security.
2) Talent Process Orchestration
Define annual cycles and calendars (goal setting, mid-year, final appraisal, calibrations).
Establish best-practice governance for performance ratings normalization and review committee workflows.
Set up Journeys or guided processes to drive adoption and compliance.
3) Integrations & Data
HDL for profiles/competency libraries
ATS/LMS/CRM/Analytics integrations (where applicable)
Ensure Talent data alignment with Core HR (workforce structures, jobs/grades) and Security (role/duty access).
4) Reporting & Analytics
Build or guide OTBI/BI Publisher reports and dashboards:
Performance distribution, goal alignment, succession coverage, potential vs performance, readiness.
Define KPIs and success metrics (e.g., talent pipeline coverage, completion rates, time-to-fill key roles).
5) Testing & Deployment
Create test scripts; execute SIT/UAT/regression; validate end-to-end flows.
Support mock cycles and cutover strategy for talent cycles going live mid-year.
Provide hypercare, resolve defects, and stabilize operations.
6) Change Management & Enablement
Conduct workshops, demos, and training for HRBPs, managers, and employees.
Create SOPs, quick reference guides, and admin runbooks.
Champion adoption: communication plans, stakeholder engagement, coaching.
7) Compliance, Security & Governance
Ensure privacy, data retention, and audit controls for talent data.
Design role-based security for sensitive content (e.g., potential ratings, succession plans).
Align with global/regional HR policies, DEI frameworks, and legal mandates.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience configuring performance templates, calibration, goal libraries, competency models, 9-box, successor pools, readiness rules.
Hands-on with HCM Extracts, HDL, REST APIs, Fast Formulas (eligibility/ratings, if used), OTBI/BIP.
Understanding of security: job roles, duty roles, data security for Talent objects.
Comfortable with data loads/migrations for profiles/competencies/goals, and cycle set-up cloning.
At least one end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Talent implementation (preferably multi-country).
Proficient in fit–gap analysis, BRD/MD50/FDD documentation, test planning, and cutover planning.
Solid grasp of HR CoE processes: performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and career paths.
Understanding of change management, communication cadence, and adoption strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management (HR leadership, HRBPs, business line leaders).
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud – Talent Management
Experience integrating with (e.g Oracle Recruiting) for internal talent pipelines , LMS/Learning for development alignment, Compensation for performance-linked rewards, and OIC for enterprise-grade integrations
Exposure to Journeys, Digital Assistant, VBCS extensions for improved UX.
Background in data quality and Talent Analytics (e.g., OAC/embedded analytics, performance distribution analytics).
Experience with global deployments (multi-language, localization, region-specific compliance).
Prior migrations from PeopleSoft, EBS, SuccessFactors, or Workday to Fusion Talent.
Industry experience in Food and Beverage preferred with mature HR processes and governance.
