Designation: Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant

Experience: Minimum 8+ Years
Locations: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chennai, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Hyderabad, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Noida, Pune (Any of the mentioned locations)
Work Mode: Work from Office only

Notice Period: Maximum 30 days notice will be acceptable. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Requirements:

· Minimum 15 years of experience in a Functional role for HCM applications

· Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labour, and Absence Management

· Must have successfully completed minimum of 2-3 full cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementation.

· Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementation Certification is mandatory

· Proven experience configuring fast formulas and payroll costing setups.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

· Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,800,000.00 per year
