Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with strong hands on expertise in HDL HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts and OTBI Reporting. The role involves providing daily job support and guiding our team in completing tasks and resolving issues. This is a remote part time opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support for Oracle HCM modules
• Assist in creating and troubleshooting HDL files
• Build and optimize HCM Extracts
• Develop and maintain OTBI reports
• Support HR workflows and functional requirements
• Share expert guidance and best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Strong knowledge in HDL, HCM Extracts and OTBI
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to support 2 hours daily from Monday to Friday
• Immediate joiners are preferred
