Oracle HR Technical Consultant (Reports) - Application Developer (Oracle eBS)

We are seeking an Oracle HR Technical Consultant (Reports) – Application Developer with expertise in Oracle eBS to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and customizing reports within the Oracle Human Resources module to meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain reports for the Oracle Human Resources module using Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather report requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize existing reports to enhance performance and usability.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of reports to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding report usage.
  • Stay updated with Oracle eBS enhancements and best practices related to reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of report-related documentation for end-users and technical teams.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle HR Technical Consultant or similar role, particularly in developing reports within Oracle eBS.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle reporting tools (e.g., Oracle Reports, BI Publisher).
  • Experience with tools such as SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HR applications.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how they relate to system design.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

  • Solid understanding of Oracle eBS architecture and HR modules.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in report design and development.
  • Strong ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
