We are currently looking for an Oracle HR Technical Consultant (Integration & SOA) – Application Developer with expertise in Oracle eBS to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions between Oracle Human Resources and other systems using SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) principles.

The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Oracle eBS integration techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions for Oracle HR using SOA principles and tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Utilize Oracle integration tools and methodologies for seamless connectivity among various HR systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing for developed integrations.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integration solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Document integration processes, designs, and configurations for reference and training purposes.
• Stay up-to-date with Oracle eBS enhancements and best practices in system integration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle HR Technical Consultant or similar role, with a focus on integration and SOA.
• Proficiency in using Oracle SOA Suite and associated integration tools.
• Strong understanding of Oracle eBS architecture and HR modules.
• Experience with tools such as XML, SOAP, REST, and web services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Skills:

• Solid knowledge of HR business processes and their integration points.
• Proven ability to design effective solutions that meet business requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in relation to integration issues.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
