Oracle HRMS Tchno Functional Consltant

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of functional expertise and technical skills to support, customize, and enhance Oracle HRMS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, etc.).
• Analyze business requirements and deliver effective Oracle HRMS solutions.
• Develop, customize, and maintain reports, interfaces, and extensions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to end-users.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless HRMS operations.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules and technical tools (SQL, PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, APIs).
• Hands-on experience in Payroll and Core HR.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
