Job Opportunity: Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant – Saudi Arabia
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Onsite
Experience Required: 3–5 Years in Oracle HRMS
Client: A leading software client based in Riyadh

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to support and manage HRMS modules for our client in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both technical and functional aspects of Oracle HRMS implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Oracle HRMS modules – Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, etc.
• Perform system configuration, customizations, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with HR teams to enhance and automate HR processes
• Develop and maintain technical components such as reports and interfaces
• Prepare user documentation and provide end-user support
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and reporting tools is a plus
