Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in HRMS Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to be based in JEDDAH . This role is responsible for the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle HRMS modules, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
• Proven experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, OLM, Self Service).
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, including R eport Builder, Form Builder, Workflow Builder, AME ((Approval Management Engine) and AOL (Application Object Library) .
• Functional understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience in full-cycle implementations and system enhancements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably based in Jeddah
