Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant

We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your combination of technical and functional expertise to enhance and support Oracle HRMS implementations, ensuring they meet client requirements effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their HRMS requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Self-Service HR.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts, reports, and interfaces to support HRMS functionalities.
• Conduct testing phases including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide training and support for end-users, helping them utilize Oracle HRMS effectively.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and user manuals for HRMS applications.
