Job Title: Techno-Functional Oracle Payroll Consultant

Experience: 8+ Years

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion Techno-Functional Payroll Consultant to lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions. This role requires a strong balance of functional payroll expertise and technical implementation skills, serving as a bridge between business payroll requirements and Oracle Cloud technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
  • Define solution architecture and manage integrations with:
  • Core HR
  • Time & Labor
  • Benefits
  • Financials
  • Drive payroll data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Plan and execute unit testing, SIT, UAT, and payroll parallel runs.
  • Manage quarterly updates, regression testing, and adoption of new Oracle Payroll features.
  • Develop and maintain:
  • Fast Formulas
  • HDL / HSDL
  • HCM Extracts
  • BI Publisher reports
  • OTBI reports
  • REST / SOAP integrations
  • Troubleshoot complex payroll issues including:
  • Retro pay
  • Payroll costing
  • Reconciliations
  • Year-end processing
  • Ensure compliance with US Payroll regulations (taxes, statutory requirements).
  • Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and continuous process improvements.
  • Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM / Payroll implementations.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
  • Strong expertise in US Payroll, including:
  • Taxes
  • Retro calculations
  • Costing
  • Year-end activities
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Fast Formulas
  • HDL / HSDL
  • HCM Extracts
  • BI Publisher
  • OTBI
  • REST / SOAP APIs
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Oracle HCM data model
  • Security roles
  • Integrations and interfaces
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Boomi
  • MuleSoft
  • Experience integrating with third-party payroll, tax, and time systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
