Job Title: Oracle PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM Developer

Location:
  • All non-US locations except India (we are not able to hire in India at this time)
  • Remote with US Eastern time zone work hours initially.
  • Work hours may be adjusted at a future date after trust has been established.

About the Role
We are seeking multiple PeopleSoft Developers to join our expanding HCM and FSCM teams. Each selected candidate will take primary ownership of one or more functional areas within PeopleSoft, driving end-to-end development, integration, and optimization activities. These roles call for technical depth, functional insight, and strong collaboration with business analysts and module leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, and customization of PeopleSoft components and interfaces for assigned modules.
  • Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop and enhance Application Engine programs, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker services.
  • Support system integrations with third-party applications and Oracle Cloud platforms.
  • Conduct impact analysis, testing, and migration of customizations across environments.
  • Ensure system stability, performance tuning, and ongoing compliance with patches and updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of PeopleSoft development experience across HCM and/or FSCM applications.
  • Hands-on expertise in one or more of the following modules: Time and Labor, Absence Management, Payroll for NA, Accounts Payable, or Strategic Sourcing.
  • Strong experience with PeopleTools (v8.58+ preferred), Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQL, and SQR.
  • Working knowledge of integration techniques (REST/SOAP web services, Integration Broker).
  • Ability to independently manage module-specific deliverables and cross-functional coordination.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) and Fluid UI development.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM or ERP integration scenarios.
  • Proven success in Agile or hybrid project environments.
