About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Application Framework (OAF) Developer with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementation, migration, and support projects, with deep technical expertise in OAF and Oracle Apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle EBS (11i & R12) solutions, with a focus on HR and Finance modules.
• Develop and maintain RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) using Oracle Apps technical architecture.
• Build and support applications using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow for HR and Finance functions.
• Write and optimize complex PL/SQL queries, procedures, and triggers to support business logic.
• Enhance and customize front-end solutions using Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and ADF.
• Collaborate with functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
• Manage system migrations and upgrades from legacy systems to Oracle EBS R12.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated with Oracle technologies and adopt best practices for solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience with strong focus on Oracle EBS (11i & R12).
• Deep technical expertise in HR and Finance modules within Oracle Apps.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports.
• Hands-on experience with OAF, ADF, and Oracle Workflow.
• Proven track record in implementation, migration, and support projects for Oracle EBS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Airlines industry.
• Oracle EBS certification is a plus.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
