The Role: Oracle Procurement & Receiving Lead

As an Oracle Procurement & Receiving Lead at Switch, you will be part of a world-class team that operates in excellence, delivering mission-critical solutions that redefine what’s possible in AI, cloud and enterprise data center needs. Your work will directly impact the future of technology and the sustainable growth of the Internet.

Switch is modernizing its core operations, and this role will lead the design, implementation, and testing of Oracle Fusion ERP. In the first year, you’ll focus on rolling out key modules that streamline processes and build the foundation for growth. Beyond implementation, you’ll shape how Switch uses ERP to drive innovation, efficiency, and smarter decisions.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

• Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Receiving and Procurement processes.
• Oversee inspections and 3-way match compliance.
• Integrate procurement with inventory, payables, and logistics.
• Manage supplier collaboration on delivery schedules and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, customs, and trade regulations.
• Partner with Accounting to resolve exceptions in 3-way match processes.
• Provide training and process documentation for end users.

What You'll Bring

• 5–7 years procurement/receiving experience.
• Oracle Fusion Procurement expertise.
• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business. CPSM or CSCP certification a plus.
