About The Job

Our client is a major government entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, operating in the energy and utilities sector, currently rolling out a large-scale Oracle CRM transformation. As part of this engagement, we are seeking experienced Oracle CRM Program Managers who can drive complex, multi-workstream delivery across business and technology teams. This role requires a leader who can bring structure, momentum, and clarity to an enterprise-wide CRM program managing stakeholders across government, business operations, IT, and Oracle implementation partners. This is an on-site role in Riyadh, starting February 1st and expected to run 6–18 months.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Oracle CRM program, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to Oracle-recommended program management and deployment methodologies.
  • Coordinate across multiple workstreams, including business teams, Oracle SI partners, and other third party partners involved.
  • Own program governance: planning, scheduling, risk management, RAID tracking, steering committee preparation.
  • Define clear delivery plans, scope, milestones, KPIs, dependencies, and standards.
  • Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Facilitate workshops, program reviews, and design validation sessions.
  • Track performance against timelines and budgets; prepare exec-level reporting.
  • Support change management, training, and adoption planning.

Requirements

  • 6–12 years of Program or Project Management experience.
  • Strong experience delivering Oracle CRM initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle program methodologies and CRM deployment approaches.
  • Comfortable working with multi-vendor and government stakeholder teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience in the energy and utilities sector.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Oracle certifications.
  • Arabic speaking is preferred.
