Oracle Retail Support Lead

Provide application support for Oracle Retail modules (RMS, RPM, ReSA, SIM, RPAS) by troubleshooting functional and technical issues.
Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and data flows, ensuring timely resolution of failures.
Collaborate with business users to analyze defects, validate requirements, and provide system guidance.
Work closely with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
Perform configuration updates, functional testing, and deploy enhancements following change-management standards.
