Oracle Sales Cloud Consultant


Role Summary

The Oracle Sales Cloud Consultant is responsible for leading the planning, design, and implementation of Oracle CX Sales (Fusion Sales Cloud) solutions for clients. This role combines business consulting, solution design, and leadership of functional/technical teams to deliver successful end-to-end CRM transformations.


Role Profile

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Sales Cloud implementations (requirements, design, configuration, testing, and go-live).
  • Translate client business processes into Oracle Sales Cloud capabilities (Lead, Opportunity, Accounts, Territories, Forecasting).
  • Own documentation: BRD, Solution Design, Fit-Gap, Functional Specs.
  • Advise on best practices, roadmap, and CRM process improvements.
  • Act as primary point of contact with client business owners and CXO stakeholders.
  • Review configurations, test scenarios, and integration touchpoints.
  • Coordinate data migration: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities.
  • Work with integration teams (OIC, ERP, CPQ, Eloqua) to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Validate system testing (SIT, UAT) and support deployment.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Informatics, Information System or a related field.
  • Oracle Fusion Sales (CX), Lead & Opportunity, Forecasting, Sales Territory Management.
  • 3+ years in Oracle Sales Cloud, Minimum 2 full implementation cycles.
  • Requirements gathering, Fit-Gap, Solution design, CRPs, User training.
  • REST/SOAP APIs, OIC integrations, Page Composer, basic Groovy scripts and redwood (Preferred).
  • Oracle CX Sales Implementation / Oracle OCS Certification (Preferred).
