Oracle Siebel

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Siebel CRM professional to design, configure, and support enterprise-level CRM solutions. The role involves working with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and implement enhancements using Siebel Tools, Workflows, Business Services, and Open UI. The candidate will be responsible for customizing Siebel objects, integrating Siebel with external systems through EAI, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through unit testing and performance optimization. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting production issues, analyzing root causes, and providing ongoing support for Siebel modules such as Sales, Service, or Call Center.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Siebel Configuration, Scripting (eScript/Browser Script), EIM/EAI, and Siebel Data Model. Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases is required. Familiarity with Web Services, REST APIs, and Siebel Open UI framework is preferred. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work in an Agile or waterfall environment are essential.
