This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Oracle Specialist will be responsible for supporting Oracle Applications, optimizing business processes, and facilitating system integrations. Key tasks include consulting with stakeholders on Oracle HR and other Oracle-related features, ensuring smooth implementation and functionality across the organization's operations. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide tailored Oracle solutions.

• Experience with Business Process analysis and optimization.
• Solid expertise in Consulting and Oracle Applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle HR and related modules.
• Proficiency in system Integration and ensuring seamless data flow among applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in the contracting or diversified industries is a plus.
