About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Oracle Systems & ISO Compliance Administrator to manage Oracle transactions, service requests, and ISO documentation within our operations department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle (GRN, MRE, PO processes) and a solid understanding of ISO documentation and compliance frameworks.
This position is critical in ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and adherence to company and quality management standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oracle System Transactions (GRN, MRE, PO)
Create, process, and update Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Receipt Entries (MRE), and Purchase Orders (PO) in Oracle.
Validate supporting documents to ensure compliance with procurement and finance procedures.
Service Request Management
Log, track, and manage internal service requests through to resolution.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Feedback & Complaint Handling
Record and analyse feedback and complaints, facilitating prompt and effective resolution.
ISO Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and maintain ISO-aligned administrative records, checklists, and reports.
Support audit readiness by compiling necessary compliance documentation.
Reporting & Data Management
Generate and maintain regular reports for GRN, MRE, PO, and service requests.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely submission of all data.
Office Administration Support
Provide administrative and coordination support for day-to-day operations.
Maintain organised records and ensure a professional office environment.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Ensure consistent adherence to ISO and company standards.

Familiarity with ISO documentation and compliance processes.
