Oracle Techno Fushion - Project manager

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead end‑to‑end Oracle full‑stack project delivery across ERP/EBS/Oracle Cloud, Database, Middleware, Integrations, and OCI, from initiation to hypercare.
2. Own day‑to‑day project governance , including project plans, milestones, RAID logs, change control, and status reporting.
3. Serve as the primary delivery interface to senior stakeholders , including business leaders, IT heads, and program sponsors. This includes client and AD leadership.
4. Align with delivery team & Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality for large, a complex Oracle project within approved budgets and timelines.
5. Oversee solution implementation lifecycle —design validation, build, integrations, SIT/UAT, data migration, cutover, and go‑live readiness.
6. Ensure delivery teams adherence to Oracle best practices and delivery standards.
7. Manage system integrators , vendors, and offshore teams , tracking deliverables, productivity, and dependencies.
8. Familiarity and understanding of contracting and finance process/procedures is desirable.

Requirements

• 15 + years of Experience
• Experience in leading large Oracle transformation projects
• PMP certified
