This position is ideal for a surgeon looking to supplement their current practice or transition into a flexible part-time role. We are currently seeking a provider to cover 2 Fridays per month in the Austin, TX area.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform common oral surgery procedures such as:
• Third molar (wisdom tooth) extractions
• Dental implant placement
• Biopsies and pathology-related procedures
• Administer and monitor IV sedation
• Collaborate with general dentists to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care
• Provide services at CSS-affiliated general dental practices in the Austin area

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Active Texas Dental License
• Valid IV Sedation Permit (Texas)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, collaborative care
