Oral Surgeon Qualifications<ul><li>
DDS/DMD from an accredited University and active State Dental Board license</li><li>
Oral Surgery Residency completed</li><li>
Board Certified is a plus</li><li>
A personable chair side manner</li><li>
Must be able to provide IV Sedation</li></ul>
