Oral Surgeon – $2,000 Daily Guarantee or Greater of Production Share
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Schedule: 1 Day Per Week (Flexible)

A well-established private dental practice in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced oral surgeon to join our team one day per week. This position offers a consistent schedule, strong patient demand, and the opportunity to work in a respected, patient-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will be confident performing extractions, bone grafting, and dental implant placement, and committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care. You’ll work with an experienced clinical team and have access to a fully equipped surgical operatory and a steady stream of referred cases.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $2,000 daily guarantee or greater of production share (whichever is higher)

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible oral surgeon (DDS/DMD)
• Licensed to practice in Florida (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Proficiency in extractions, grafting, and implant surgery
