Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled and dedicated Surgeon to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in various dental surgical procedures, including oral surgery, dental extractions, and root canal therapy. This role involves providing exceptional patient care, performing complex surgical interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal oral health outcomes. Candidates should be proficient in medical and dental documentation, familiar with HIPAA regulations, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of infection control and aseptic technique.

Duties

  • Perform a wide range of dental surgical procedures such as oral surgery, dental extractions, endodontics, and prosthodontics.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Utilize advanced dental imaging techniques for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with general dentists, pediatric dentists, and specialists to coordinate patient care.
  • Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a sterile environment.
  • Educate patients on post-operative care, treatment options, and oral health maintenance.
  • Use dental terminology effectively to communicate treatment plans and procedures clearly with team members and patients.

Skills

  • Proven experience in Oral Surgery and related specialties.
  • Proficiency with dental software .
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques.
  • Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and deliver compassionate treatment.
  • Ability to perform complex procedures such as root canal therapy and dental fabrication efficiently.
  • Familiarity with medical imaging techniques relevant to dental surgery.
  • Effective communication skills for explaining procedures using appropriate dental terminology.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of patient information.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced dental clinic environment with a focus on high-quality patient outcomes. Pay: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per day
