About the Position

Your home office will be our Coastal location (92117). On occasion, with advanced notice, we ask our assistants to provide support at one of our sister offices in San Diego (92120) or Chula Vista (91913). This collaboration allows us to continue providing exceptional patient care while supporting one another across all three locations.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert chairside assistance during oral surgery, implant and IV sedation procedures.
• Prepare surgical rooms while maintaining the highest clinical and safety standards.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and help procedures run efficiently and seamlessly.
• Perform CBCT imaging, electronic charting, documentation, sterilization, and compliance protocols.
• Deliver compassionate, thorough pre-operative and post-operative patient care and education.
• Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their surgical experience.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and infection control standards.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Has 3+ years of recent oral surgery assisting experience (required).
• Holds current BLS and Dental X-Ray certifications.
• DAANCE, OMSA, and/or ACLS certifications are highly valued.
• Is dependable, professional, and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care.
• Has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Values teamwork and enjoys helping others succeed.
• Is committed to continuous learning and long-term professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $28–$36 per hour, depending on experience.
