We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Oral Surgery Assistant to support our surgeons and provide exceptional patient care. This role includes preparing patients for procedures, assisting chairside during surgery, monitoring vitals, taking digital X-rays, sterilizing instruments, and providing post-operative instructions. Additional clerical support may be needed as part of our collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and prepare patients for surgery
Take digital X-rays and scans
Assist the surgeon during procedures (suction, instrument exchange, monitoring)
Monitor patient positioning and vital signs
Document treatment information as needed
Provide clear post-operative instructions
Sterilize instruments and prepare surgical trays
Take impressions when required

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Dental Assistant certification preferred)
1–3 years of surgical assisting experience preferred; dental assisting experience considered
CPR certification required; DAANCE certification a plus
Ability to travel between three office locations
Availability for occasional weekend hours
