Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Karachi Division for an Order Booker. The Order Booker will be responsible for engaging with retail and distribution partners, processing and managing orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. They will liaise with customers to address concerns, track order fulfillment, and support customer service efforts, contributing to smooth operational processes and increased sales efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Order Processing and Order Management
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with clients
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to identify sales opportunities and improve order workflows
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Previous experience in sales or order booking roles is preferred
• Familiarity with beverage or FMCG industries is an advantage
