Position: Order Entry Analyst (Remote)
About the Company: US-Based IT Company with a back-office in Pakistan
Working Hours: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
Experience: Fresh graduates preferred (A-tier Business Schools)
Role Summary:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Order Entry Analyst to support order processing, invoicing, billing reconciliation, and accounts receivable operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy in financial transactions, and effective coordination with customers and cross-functional teams while working US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
01- Order Management & Invoicing
- Review, process, and approve customer orders
- Generate daily, weekly, and month-end invoices
- Coordinate invoicing timelines with customers and internal teams
02- Billing & Reconciliation
- Perform weekly and monthly billing reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Provide billing support and resolve related queries
03- Accounts Receivable & Refunds
- Apply customer payments to accounts receivable
- Review and process refund requests in line with company policy
- Manage e-commerce refunds and merchant service disputes
04- Systems & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze reports in Salesforce and NetSuite
- Identify billing exceptions within Salesforce and Intacct
- Prepare reports using advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
05- Process Improvement
- Support cross-functional process improvement initiatives
- Maintain process documentation and identify workflow improvements
