What You'll Do:

Accurately enter customer orders into Job Boss.

Transcribe information from various sources to ensure data integrity.

Maintained organized filing systems for order documentation.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve any order discrepancies or issues.

Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry to support team.

Ensure timely processing of orders while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsible for data entry of important company KPIs and job notes.

Responsible for generating and sending company invoices.

Set up shipments for our customer base utilizing FedEx, UPS and various customer portals

Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.

Proficient in data entry with high level of accuracy.

Familiarity with computerized systems and software applications related to order processing.

Excellent typing skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office.
