PTS Expeditionary Communications is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry & Coordination Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and delivery information.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies or delays.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and related paperwork.
- Provide administrative support to streamline order processing and delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in order processing, sales support, or logistics coordination preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
- Manufacturing or defense industry experience is preferred but not required.
