Order Fulfillment Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Order Specialist to support end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve operational workflows for product launches and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve speed, cost, and manufacturing capacity.
• Analyze data to ensure on-time shipment and consumer deliveries; resolve issues impacting performance.
• Act as liaison between business, technology, and manufacturing partners to support operational excellence.
• Develop data-driven impact assessments and present insights to leadership.
• Define and implement best practices to optimize order fulfillment processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field (highly preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, business operations, or related field.
• Strong project management and purchasing experience.
• Proficiency in SAP , Excel , and Tableau .
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cultures and functions.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.

Preferred:

• Experience in retail, apparel, footwear, or automotive industry.
