Order Fulfillment Coordinator

1. Order Fulfillment Coordinator – Islamabad

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our delivery operations and help resolve ongoing issues across both brands. This role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve delivery and fulfillment-related issues end-to-end
• Monitor order flow and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Conduct QA checks to maintain service and product standards
• Coordinate with warehouse, riders, and customer support teams
• Identify gaps in operations and suggest improvements
• Maintain reports and regularly update C-Suite Executives on performance and issues

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in logistics, fulfillment, or operations preferred
• Experience in an F&B company is a plus

Salary: 50k

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
