ORDER FULFILLMENT MANAGER
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Order Fulfillment Manager to oversee the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of order processing. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate will lead a team of order pullers, receivers, and shipping associates to meet operational goals and support the company’s commitment to excellent customer service.

MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily order fulfillment operations, including picking, staging, packing, and shipping
- Ensure all orders are completely accurately and delivered within required timelines
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize labor, accuracy, and productivity
- Monitor performance metrics such as order accuracy, fulfillment time, and shrink
- Conduct daily team meetings to review priorities, safety topics, and production goals
- Coordinate with inventory control, purchasing, and transportation to resolve discrepancies or delays
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and OSHA standards
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members; promote a culture of accountability and teamwork
As part of your role, you may be required to perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by your manager or the company. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential expectations for all positions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior supervisory experience a must
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
