More About the Role


  • Preferably with a bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • At least 2 years experienced in Planning, Sales, Order Management or Logistics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong communication skills and a good team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Preferably with SAP knowledge



All About You


  • Fulfilling orders on time and maximizing customer service level in all domestic and international regions where Sisecam operates
  • Determining the sales order rules with the sales team, reviewing the compatibility of sales orders with the Supply Chain perspective, requesting sales order corrections from the Sales team when necessary, and giving approval for the delivery date after the orders are harmonized
  • Responsible for the operation of the confirmation function (SAP AATP), which ensures that orders are matched with supplies in line with the determined priorities, taking the necessary actions to match the supply-demand balance with the orders in line with the system's strategic priorities
  • Increasing efficiency by controlling order quantities and stock levels, detecting possible inconsistencies, initiating demand plan or production schedule update processes when necessary, discussing backorders with sales teams for order maintenance, and increasing efficiency by keeping the system clean
  • Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities in production and logistics capacities, and identifying the impact of strategic changes on orders by regularly meeting with production planning, stock planning, logistics and sales teams
  • Discussing the bottlenecks and deficits in the production capacity with the planning teams in case the products in the order cannot be met exactly, and controlling the supply of equivalent and alternative products to ensure effective stock management and recommending them to the customer through the sales unit
  • Establishing necessary communication with stakeholders by determining possible backlogs for orders and deciding on preventive measures to ensure timely delivery
  • Implementing the strategies that give the best results by running simulations in the Back Order Processing function to confirm open orders
  • Identifying overdue orders and taking preventive activities to ensure on time delivery
  • Following up on the reasons for not fulfilling the order on a daily basis in detail and monthly at a high level, and establishing the necessary communication to find a solution by identifying the bottlenecks
