Order Fullfilment & Delivery Executive

We are seeking an Order Fulfillment & Delivery Executive to manage end-to-end order operations for our grocery mart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order processing, coordination with delivery teams, ensuring timely fulfillment, and maintaining a smooth customer experience throughout the order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer orders through POS systems, online platforms, and direct channels
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and delivery teams for timely order fulfillment
• Ensure accurate order processing, packing coordination, and dispatch management
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time deliveries to customers
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues professionally
• Track order status and maintain accurate delivery records and reports
• Coordinate with riders/drivers and resolve operational delivery challenges
• Ensure proper inventory coordination to avoid order shortages or delays
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Prepare operational reports related to order management and delivery performance
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in grocery mart, retail, e-commerce, or delivery operations
• Experience in order management and fulfillment operations will be highly preferred

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
