Order Management, Logistics and Documentation Specialist
Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete order lifecycle from order entry to final delivery

Coordinate closely with internal teams (Production, Planning, Sales) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Prepare, review, and follow up on export documentation in compliance with international trade regulations
-
Work with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipment execution
-
Manage invoicing, payment follow-up, and
Letter of Credit (L/C)
processes
-
Maintain timely and professional communication with customers regarding order and shipment status
-
Ensure data accuracy and process integrity within
SAP
-
Monitor logistics and order data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to high customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, MIS, or International Trade
-
Minimum
3 years of experience
in order management, logistics, or export operations
-
Strong hands-on experience with
SAP
(SD/MM knowledge is a plus)

Solid experience in export documentation, customs procedures, and working with freight forwarders and shipping lines

Good knowledge of
Letter of Credit (L/C)
processes, invoicing, and payment management

Advanced skills in
Microsoft Excel
and other MS Office applications

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
-
Very good command of
English
(written and spoken)

Prior experience in the
home appliances industry
is an advantage
-
Knowledge of local export/import regulations and customs processes in Egypt is preferred
