Join our Richmond, VA, USA team as an Order Management Associate, where you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly from start to finish. In this fast-paced, on-site environment, you’ll coordinate workflows, prioritize operations, and ensure orders are completed on time and within budget while collaborating across teams to drive efficiency and performance.

Your tasks

• Prepare, issue, and review production workflow
• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Determining workforce, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover operational demand
• Ensure our goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
• Address issues when they arise, aiming for minimum disruption
• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other operational team members
• Company travel required when applicable
• Position is Richmond, VA-based and non-remote

Your profile

• Bachelor's and/or Trad Degree required OR equivalent experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Experienced in production planning and quality control principles
• Strong time management skills, urgency, and aptitude for effectively prioritizing tasks within multiple projects
• Ability to communicate effectively, present, and influence credibly at all levels
• Problem Solving - Able to investigate root cause and suggest workable solutions
• Deductive Reasoning - Ability to apply general rules to problems to produce sensible answers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office and SAP experience preferred
