The Order Management Coordinator will manage the full lifecycle of spare parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing in SAP and keeping customers fully and proactively informed at every stage
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Manage end‑to‑end spare parts order processing with a high level of accuracy and timely execution in SAP and related systems
  • Proactively communicate order status to customers, acting as the primary point of contact for all order‑related inquiries and ensuring transparent, timely updates throughout the entire process
  • Collaborate closely with the supply chain team and local warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and on‑time deliveries and prioritize urgent orders
  • Coordinate with the headquarters in Germany regarding parts availability, lead times, documentation accuracy, and instructions for partial or complete deliveries
  • Identify potential delays, risks, or discrepancies early and implement corrective actions to avoid process disruptions
  • Manage and process customer reclamations related to spare parts, working with internal stakeholders to ensure fast and effective resolution
  • Play a key coordinating role in overhaul projects by ensuring all required parts are available onsite on time, and therefore working closely with the Project Managers
  • Drive cross‑functional coordination and fast‑tracking of orders related to customer breakdowns, ensuring the quickest delivery possible to minimize downtime
  • Continuously optimize order management processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualification, Experience & Skills
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar or customer service role
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective time‑management skills
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different cultures and teams
  • Advance proficiency in MS Office and in SAP (ERP and B1)
  • French language skills
