Overview:
A large CPG organization is seeking an
Order Management Specialist
to manage EDI and manual orders across North America. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely shipping, and alignment with sales, 3PL partners, and internal teams. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, strong in SAP, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and review all incoming EDI and manual orders

Release orders based on sales confirmation

Coordinate shipping cadence for product launches

Act as primary contact for U.S./Canada 3PL teams

Resolve IDOCs, pricing issues, and blocked/incomplete orders

Communicate with buyers on PO extensions and ship windows

Support SAP order maintenance and manual order uploads

Provide routing details and commercial invoices

Assist with customer returns
Required Skills:

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field

2–3+ years in order management or supply chain (CPG/FMCG preferred)

Strong SAP experience (order entry + IDOC resolution)

Advanced Excel (pivots, vlookups)

Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

Detail-oriented and customer-focused
