JOB SUMMARY: Order Management Specialist will review all customer sales orders to ensure compliance to all business policies and adherence to OEM/product specifications. This position will report directly to our Purchasing Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Supports the Sales Team through validation of components and process
  • Ensures all orders are accurately entered and approved in SalesForce CRM
  • Works closely with purchasing on order placements, SPECs, special request, stock outs, turnaround times, etc.
  • Manages all communications with fitters in the field regarding order specs, status, and appropriate order flow.
  • The OMS will be the liaison between the fitters (internal customers) and operations with a main focus on managing sales orders, answering order/status queries, and working with other supporting departments as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION

The salary range this role is $40,000 to $45,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary range we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s particular pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing/Sales is preferred
  • Experience with multiple industry tools and programs such as Salesforce and Netsuite
  • Sports or Golf experience is a plus

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Golf club assembly knowledge a plus
  • Ability to communicate quickly and affectively to a wide variety field associates via written systems and programs.
