Job Summary

Otaleg LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Coordinator to manage and oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate order entry, timely processing, and efficient coordination between departments to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders in the system
  • Review orders for completeness, pricing, and product availability
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Track order status and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Resolve order discrepancies, delays, or customer complaints professionally
  • Maintain and update order records, databases, and documentation
  • Prepare reports on order volume, processing times, and performance metrics
  • Assist in improving order processing workflows and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
