Job Summary
Otaleg LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Coordinator to manage and oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate order entry, timely processing, and efficient coordination between departments to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process customer orders in the system
- Review orders for completeness, pricing, and product availability
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Track order status and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Resolve order discrepancies, delays, or customer complaints professionally
- Maintain and update order records, databases, and documentation
- Prepare reports on order volume, processing times, and performance metrics
- Assist in improving order processing workflows and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
