We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processing Officer to manage incoming leads and ensure timely confirmation of orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be comfortable handling multiple leads and customer interactions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage leads provided by the sales team.
- Contact customers promptly via phone or email to confirm orders.
- Verify order details, including product, quantity, pricing, and delivery schedule.
- Update the internal system with confirmed orders and customer information accurately.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Follow up with customers for pending or incomplete orders to ensure closure.
- Maintain records of all order confirmations and related communications.
- Provide regular reports to the supervisor regarding order status and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or sales support.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
Preferred:
- Experience in e-commerce or retail order processing.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in order processing, sales support, or customer service roles.
Education:
Minimum Intermediate required. Bachelor’s degree will be a plus
