About the Role

We are looking for a Data Processing Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves managing and validating large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across various systems. You’ll play a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting business operations, and contributing to smooth workflow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, organize, and validate data from multiple sources, including invoices, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entered into internal systems and databases.
• Review and analyze information to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing details.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for reporting and compliance purposes.
• Support process improvements and suggest ways to enhance data management efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ year of experience in data entry, data processing, or documentation management.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (experience with data tools is a plus).
• Good command of the English language (reading and writing).
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

(Knowledge of Harmonized System (HS) Codes or international trade documentation will be considered a plus but not mandatory.)

Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
